7-8pm Sunday, Aug. 26, full-moon meditation + singing bowls: Our monthly moon gathering amplified by another lunar eclipse. Short centering meditation followed by the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls. relax! sundays aug. 12 & 26
430pm yin + restorative yoga: A great complement to active Yang classes and practices. We'll hold seated stretches to gently work past muscle into fascia, ending with a restorative posture for full relaxation.
6pm yoga nidra: A guided meditation into a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. Start with simple movements to clear the body, then rest in a supported Savasana or seated posture. No experience needed, just an open mind and heart.
