Full-moon meditation + singing bowls, 7-8pm Sunday, Nov. 18, with Lauri & Barb: Our monthly gathering (a bit early because of Thanksgiving) when the moon is full and we are most open to reflection, to the power of the universal and to our own inner light. Short centering meditation followed by the healing vibrations of singing crystal bowls. THERAPEUTIC YOGA FOR PAIN RELIEF & RELAXATION, 730-845pm Wednesdays with Paige starting Oct. 3: This ongoing class covers the basic principles of SomaYoga, a slow style of yoga that blends somatics, therapeutic yoga and classic yoga poses. Relieve pain and chronic tension while increasing mobility. Open to all levels and abilities. Beginners are welcome! Drop-in or class pass.
